Institutional Rebranding & Fintech Launch Strategy

RealFi is a transformative platform leveraging data-driven technology to facilitate private credit transactions between global investors and fintech lenders in Africa. I spearheaded the end-to-end rebranding and digital launch, positioning RealFi as a sophisticated, reliable bridge for capital and impact-driven financial monitoring in emerging markets.

The Strategy

I led the cross-functional team responsible for the complete visual overhaul, including the brand architecture, a comprehensive new brand book, and a high-performance website build.

My role involved the strategic sign-off of the global marketing plan and the creative direction of brand films that communicated RealFi’s value proposition. I also oversaw the development of a data-centric social media strategy designed to establish authority among institutional investors and fintech partners.

The Impact

  • Market Entry: Successfully launched the new RealFi identity, providing the visual and strategic foundation for private credit transactions in the African market.

  • Visual Authority: Developed a comprehensive brand book and design system that transitioned the brand from a "startup" aesthetic to an "institutional-grade" platform.

  • Content Leadership: Approved and directed high-production-value film assets that simplified RealFi’s complex KPI monitoring tools for potential investors.
