Brand Vision & Global Launch Execution
Midnight is IOG’s landmark data protection blockchain, designed to allow organisations to develop regulation-friendly applications using zero-knowledge technology. In close partnership with the Strategy Lead, I spearheaded the comprehensive marketing execution and technical build-out required to bring the Midnight brand to market, supporting its positioning as a pioneer in commercial data safeguard and user control.

The Role:
As the Director of Marketing & Creative, I held full ownership of the brand design and visual identity under my guidance and leadership, establishing a premium, technical aesthetic that resonates with both developers and enterprises. Beyond the brand architecture, I led the cross-functional teams responsible for the end-to-end digital ecosystem, including the build of the Mainnet site, the Developer Documentation hub, the launch of the "Unshielded" podcast, the Midnight brand, Midnight.network website and all social content pillars.
The Impact
Rapid Community Growth: Scaled the social presence from zero to 10,000+ followers within the first 3 months.
High-Intent Lead Gen: Secured 3,200+ qualified developer sign-ups for exclusive onboarding via the Docs site build.
Launch Excellence: Achieved 100% positive sentiment and full turnout at the London Launch Event.
Production Leadership: Directed the full lifecycle of the Unshielded Podcast and technical content funnels to drive consistent developer engagement.
