Brand Transformation & Technical Product Launch
Marlowe is a specialised domain-specific language (DSL) and platform designed to make smart contract creation accessible to everyone, from seasoned developers using JavaScript and Haskell to non-coders using "Blockly" drag-and-drop solutions. I directed the global rebrand and website launch, positioning Marlowe as the most user-friendly entry point for secure smart contract deployment on Cardano.
The Strategy
I led a "Developer-First" GTM strategy that prioritised visual storytelling and gamification. By overseeing the creation of high-fidelity WebGL and 3D animations, my team successfully demystified the smart contract lifecycle. I directed the end-to-end launch execution, including the Mainnet announcement and an exclusive stakeholder event in Lisbon, ensuring a seamless transition from brand awareness to playground adoption.
This animation demonstrates how simple it is to use Marlowe for creating and executing smart contracts. The goal was to encourage users to visit the Marlowe Playground website and start building their own contracts.
