Intersect MBO

Digital Infrastructure & Interactive Governance Roadmap

Intersect is a Member-Based Organisation (MBO) central to the Cardano ecosystem, designed to ensure decentralised continuity and future development. I led the digital strategy and execution to launch the Intersect web presence, focusing on making the complex transition to decentralised governance accessible and engaging for a global network of builders.

The Role

While supporting the overarching brand vision, my team held full ownership of the digital ecosystem. We built the comprehensive Intersect website and developed the centerpiece of the launch: an interactive WebGL-driven roadmap for CIP-1694 (Cardano’s governance constitution).

This tool transformed a technical proposal into a visual journey, allowing members to explore milestones and off-chain components through a high-fidelity, interactive format.

The Impact

  • Governance Visulaisation: Successfully launched the CIP-1694 interactive roadmap, setting a new industry standard for how decentralised milestones are communicated.

  • Technical Innovation: Directed the team in leveraging WebGL to create a "Governance Journey," significantly increasing user comprehension of complex technical phases.

  • Member Empowerment: Provided the digital infrastructure for a distributed network of builders, facilitating transparency and active participation in the governance process.

  • Ecosystem Alignment:Delivered a clear, interactive digital roadmap that aligned thousands of stakeholders behind a unified vision for Cardano’s future.

Executive Deliverables

  • Web Development & UI/UX: End-to-end oversight of the Intersect MBO web platform and member portal.

  • WebGL Interactive Roadmap: Creative direction and technical build of the CIP-1694 visual journey.

  • Roadmap Strategy: Translation of technical governance milestones into a user-friendly, interactive roadmap.

  • Digital GTM Execution: Ownership of the digital launch assets and web-based member onboarding tools.
