Strategic Advocacy & IOG’s First NFT Community Activation
“Input Women, Output Greatness” was a multi-channel campaign I pioneered for International Women’s Day (IWD). In a male-dominated industry, I took the initiative to highlight the role of women in STEM and blockchain to celebrate internal contributions and strengthen our employer brand for future recruitment.
The goal was two fold: to celebrate the internal contributions of women at IOG and to strengthen our employer brand to attract more female talent to the ecosystem.
The Strategy & Execution
I architected a "top-down and bottom-up" communication strategy. I scripted and directed personal video messages for the CEO (Charles Hoskinson) and President (Tamara Haasen), ensuring the tone was authentic and resonated with a global audience. These executive messages served as a catalyst for engagement, generating over 63K impressions.
To showcase the collaborative culture, I developed a structured interview series featuring both men and women across the engineering and research departments, discussing how gender diversity contributes to our collective success.
To bridge social advocacy with Web3 technology, I directed IOG’s first-ever NFT giveaway in partnership with NMKR. I gamified the community engagement by incentivizing followers to share their personal stories of women in STEM in exchange for a unique, one-of-one digital asset. This culminated in a live X Space I produced and hosted, where we discussed the future of tech and announced the NFT winners, creating a transparent and human connection between our leadership and the global community.

Executive Engagement: Charles Hoskinson’s video achieved 63K combined impressions and 1.1K reactions, serving as one of the brand's most authentic and high-performing social assets.
